There’s something unexpected about earthly wealth.  It seems the more we have, the less peace we feel.  More possessions simply bring us more anxiety about losing them.  And while this is an argument for simple living, it is also an argument for fixing our eyes on a greater treasure.

And there is a greater treasure. It is relationship with One who will never be lost, stolen, or destroyed. A relationship withOne who will never disappoint.
