  • Old Testament: 1 Samuel 14 & 17 (David & Jonathan)

  • New Testament: Luke 5

• Deeper - God’s invitation to a deeper faith and closer relationship

• Inward - Healing from surface-level to innermost-core

Opening: Into Deeper Waters (Luke 5:1-11)

• Arrival - Have worked hard all night (Purposeful/Successful or Spinning our wheels)

• Teaching - Jesus asks for space in our boat (Retreat)

• Action

  • Jesus asks us to trust Him to go into deeper water

  • Jesus tells us to throw out the nets

• Discipleship - Experience leads to leaving everything and following Jesus
